Huge, beautiful room.
Room view into a narrow alley, no pool.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We were greeted by a helpful woman when checked in and our room was very large, and very clean. The hotel had small but well decorated common areas, mostly outside. Hotel is in Palm Beach so you have to do a bit of driving through West Palm Beach to get there, but it is quite easy to find. ...read more

Needs some re-decorating and there was a cleaning issue.

Top of window
was filthy, some of furnishings were old and showed wear. Otherwise the unit was clean, very large, and had charm.
I would return.

Hotel itself is an older property perfect for those who love charm and individuality but do not insist on perfection. Ex: sofa pillows threadbare but bed and bath linens good; room AC units not central AC (they work and there are quiet ceiling fans too); wood floor in some areas is laminate. It was not a typical chain hotel. We liked the full kitchen very much.
We had a large dead bug on the floor in the living room.

It was a great place to stay for someone new to Palm Beach, but for those who can afford the restaurants and shopping that are nearby, those people would most likely prefer something more upscale.
